Members Terms and Conditions

  • Any client can do booking of plot in Jivandeep Infrastructure in that manner that the booking can be done through Down payment or Full payment
  • If any client book the property with Full Payment, the SALE DEED will be registered within 45 to 60 days with Full Documents.
  • All the Payments will be made by account payee Cheque, RTGS or NEFT only in favour of the company “JIVANDEEP INFRASTRUCTURE”.
  • If any client does booking with Down Payment of 10000 / 50000 / 1 Lakh, the remaining balance amount has to be provided within 24 months. Minimum EMI will be of 10,000 Rupees. Whenever the total payment of any plot will be done & after receiving necessary documents, the SALE DEED will be registered within 60 days.
  • In company, EMI will have to be paid regularly. If any client fails to pay regular EMI up to 6 months then after 6 months he has to pay all the pending EMI together to continue his booking otherwise whatever amount he has paid that much amount will get transferred in the property saving account and in future whenever he decides of taking any property in the Jivandeep Infrastructure project at that time he will have to pay the remaining amount as per the previous rate.
  • Any client cannot cancel after booking the plot and whatever amount will be deposited that will be transferred in the property saving & in such circumstances the company will not entertain any type of disputes or objection.
  • Due to any government reason or change in the policy, if any type of changes are made in the company’s project then it will be bound to each client, and any type of dispute of any client will not prevail.
  • In this plot selling scheme registration will be made as per Government guidelines and rules. All instalments payments must be paid regularly by plot holder is mandatory.
  • Additional Charge is applicable for extra size plots.
  • If any plot display under this scheme “is not available”, we will allot the plot in another new scheme and amount difference applicable to member or company.
  • The Responsibility of the organizer will remain only till the providing possession to plot holder.
  • Every member has to make payment of his/her installment within 1st to 5th day of every month.
  • Jivandeep Infrastructure Company Director has the rights to do any changes in any of the projects without giving any notice to the existing clients which will be applicable to all clients. (Necessary changes).
  • Incentive will be paid to every member only after deducting all applicable Governmental Taxes & TDS.
  • Every plot holder/ member will be binding for any changes in Governmental Rules, Regulations & Act related to revenue in future.
  • Allotment of plots will be made to every member after payment of all instalments regularly.
  • Plot related other expenses like Taxes, Sale Deed expenses, Development charge, and Electric connection expanses etc. are exclusively payable by plot holder.
  • While registering the Sale Deed the relevant necessary expenses will be paid by the property purchaser.
  • Minimum Bonus pay out Amount is Rs. 500/-
  • Jivandeep Infrastructure is offering the property as same rates of the surrounding property rates. Still the market is open there, you can confirm the rates at other places and then book your property here. Once the property is booked, any types of disputes will not be valid.
  • Any client will have to transfer all the amount in the company by bank and receipt will be given for any types of expenses done by the clients for the property along with it the booking letter will also be provided.
  • All member will be bounded due to delay in N.A. or plan pass process or changes in rules by the government or authorized nodal agency.
  • Jivandeep Infrastructure Company does not have any type of buy back offer which is to be noted by each client.
  • Jivandeep Infrastructure Company will give opportunity for income to each and every person for the purchase of property.
  • By paying 21000/- down payment in Jivandeep Infrastructure one can work through broker code in Jivandeep Infrastructures.
  • Plot booking can’t be cancelled in any circumstances.
  • After completion of all payment dues, client has to complete Sale Deed process within 45 to 60 days
  • In, Jivandeep Infrastructure if any client is doing investment, the same amount of property is provided with document registered Sale Deed. Thus there is no liability left between the company and client after that.
  • Jivandeep Infrastructure is not an investment plan that whatever amount is deposited by any client and the company will provide ROI (Return on Investment). Whatever amount is paid by the client, he/she will get property of that amount.
  • For the registration of Sale Deed each client will have to provide mentioned mandatory documents like PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Passport size photos, Cancellation Cheque, UTR No., Transaction Slip, Cheque No etc. if it is in the name of the company then Company registration documents are required like Proprietorship Shop and Establishment Certificate, etc. if it’s a private limited company then ROC Certificate, MOA (registration), company Pan Card and Address proof of the company like tax bill or light bill.
  • In Jivandeep Infrastructure any type of ROI plan or fix salary plan is not there which is to be noted by each Jivandeep Infrastructure client (broker) then also if any client (broker) does false promotions of Jivandeep Infrastrcture then he will only be responsible for the act. Company will not have any responsibility for that.
  • Jivandeep Infrastructure is online property booking company and the receipt of each payment will be given online and each client can keep the same by getting its print out.
  • Trimming & Simulation will be applicable.
  • Total 18% Mega Matching Bonus will be distributed from 6% amount of Matched Mega Matching Investment amount.
  • All above rules and regulation are explained thoroughly to me by my sponsor and upline client / member.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Surat (Gujarat) only.
